Power Wash Plus is a Beverly-based business founded by Paul Clarizia, a lifelong Beverly resident. He learned how to maintain properties owned by his family, and gained valuable experience in many trades.

Paul has owned several properties and converted them into high quality condos. Known for his attention to detail and finish work, he brings decades of experience to your job site. Power washing is one example of applying experience and physics. Power Wash Plus has not used high pressure cold water washing in 12 years. When washing wood or vinyl sided homes, we use low pressure, hot water and a proprietary detergent. By applying the detergent hot, allowing it to foam and work, they achieve excellent results after the hot rinse.

All of their painting and masonry services are performed by highly skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. As a real estate broker since 1977, Paul knows the value of "curb appeal."
